COVID19 & Staging with Staged Homes
Our current status on staging in a COVID19 / Coronavirus environment is “business as usual – with modified protocols and controls”:
- We provide full and partial stages of occupied and unoccupied properties during a sale campaign. However, an occupied property has some restrictions we need to consider when. Staging is for display purposes only and not for functional day to day living.
- Anyone who was initially provided a 6-week rental will automatically be extended by 2 weeks at no additional costs if required. All currently quoted staging will incorporate an 8-week rental minimum (if you feel you will need longer please let us know and we can customise the quote to suite)
- Stage Now & Pay Later options are available if you have cash flow issues and / or experience financial distress whilst selling. Click here to find out more.
- ALL staff are directly employed by Staged Homes, we do not contract installations and collections to a third party company. We have full control of hygiene and communication standards across our entire team.
- Real Estate Sales ‘open for inspections’ and ‘private inspections’ will be managed in line with your agent and agency’s best practice guidelines.
- Our team will communicate to you what and how we can minimise exposure and risks when quoting, installing and removing furniture from your property to minimise any potential exposure and transfer of COVID19 as a result of staging your property.
Our ultimate aim in this challenging and changing environment is to give you leverage on selling your home faster and for more as well as ensuring your health and safety (and ours) is top of mind.
